Do I need to register before I purchase a subscription?

No, you don’t. Purchase your subscription and your username and password will be emailed to you automatically.

Where do I find information about my subscription?

Go to “My Account” on the main menu under “Shop.”  You’ll find your subscription information there.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Log into your account. Go to “Subscriptions” and you’ll see a “Cancel” button.

Where do I find the Members Only videos?

On the main menu you’ll see a Members Only link. If you’re not logged in or if you don’t have a subscription the link will be inactive. If you have a subscription and you’re logged in the link will take you the Members Only videos.

If I purchase a 1-on-1 personal training session with Dana Perri, how do I schedule the session?
